At Tyros Primary School, we believe that leadership begins early—with values, responsibilities, and the courage to stand for what is right. Regalia 2025, our annual Investiture Ceremony, was a grand celebration of these very ideals, held on July 18th at our Muvattupuzha campus and July 30th at our Piravom campus, for the Class of 2026.
Regalia is a momentous occasion where student leaders are formally inducted into their roles and honoured with sashes and badges of responsibility. The event celebrates the spirit of leadership and encourages students to understand the significance of service, teamwork, and integrity within their school community.
This year, leadership was reflected upon deeply through speeches, interactions, and performances. The students explored important questions—What does it mean to be a good leader? What values must one uphold? What actions must a leader avoid? These reflections added depth and meaning to the ceremony, reminding everyone present that leadership is not just about authority, but about purpose and accountability.
The student body representatives inducted included:
- School Head Boy & Head Girl
- Art and Culture Leader
- Sports Leader
- Tyros Discipline Squad
- House Captains & Vice-Captains
- Prefects
- Class Leaders

Distinguished guests graced both events. At Muvattupuzha, we welcomed Ms. Joyce Mary Antony, Municipal Councilor. At Piravom, Adv. July Sabu, Chairperson, and Dr. Sanjini Pratheesh, Municipal Councilor, joined us as our guests of honour. As per Tyros tradition, each guest unveiled a beautifully hand-painted Regalia poster—lovingly created by one of our teachers with the involvement of a few students. It was a true visual celebration of unity, growth, and aspiration.
The highlight of the ceremony was the oath-taking session, where each leader pledged to carry out their duties with sincerity, dedication, and fairness. This moment of commitment was solemn and inspiring, underscoring the importance of ethical leadership in the school environment.
